1. The product

Guarda is a desktop presentation application for Windows and macOS, including a library of templates and licensed fonts. The software is sold as a lifetime license for a one-time payment of $100 USD.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders begin with the request form on this website. After you submit the form, we email you a secure payment form. No payment is taken on this website itself. Once your payment is confirmed, we deliver your download link and personal license key to the same email address within 24 hours.

3. License

• One license covers two activations (for example, a desktop and a laptop).
• The license is perpetual: the app keeps working indefinitely.
• Updates are included for 12 months from the purchase date.
• All included templates and fonts are cleared for commercial use in your presentations.
• You may not resell, redistribute or share your license key or the app itself.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Guarda is not right for you, reply to your order email within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the software, bypass its license mechanism, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to Guarda is limited to the amount you paid for your license ($100 USD).
