Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

Every Guarda lifetime license ($100 USD, one-time payment) is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product does not meet your expectations, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date — no questions asked.

2. How to request a refund

• Reply to your order confirmation email, or
• Email support@guarba.site from the address used for the purchase.

Include your order email and license key so we can locate your purchase. No additional forms or explanations are required.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. What happens after a refund

Once a refund is completed, the associated license key is deactivated and the software can no longer be activated or used under that key.

5. After the 30-day period

Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the purchase date are reviewed individually and granted at our discretion, for example in cases of verified technical issues that prevent the software from functioning.
